We deliver to the UK only

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt with the exception of Wall Clocks & Colours Bathroom ranges which are made to order and we ask that you allow 3-7 days for dispatch. Deliveries will either be made by Royal Mail or courier.


As standard we only deliver within the United Kingdom. If your order total is under £30.00 then a charge for postage and packaging of £3.49 will be added to your order. If your order total is between £30.00 & £74.99 then a charge for postage and packaging of £4.99 will be added to your order. If your order total exceeds £75.00, post and packaging will be free of charge.


The Contemporary Living Company is committed to providing you high-quality products. If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, you can return merchandise ordered from our website at any time within 21 days of your order date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.

Please return your items with the necessary form in a prepaid parcel using an insured carrier. We recommend using recorded post. The Contemporary Living Company is not responsible for return postage or lost or miss-delivered items.

Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount or offer, you will no longer be eligible for the discount or offer if you fall below the threshold to receive that discount or offer because of the return. Original delivery and processing charges will not be refunded.

The Contemporary Living Company cannot accept any returns for purchases made at any retail location or from any third party.

Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your refund or exchange or a full months billing cycle for your credit to appear on your cards statement.

If your order arrived damaged, contact us right away. Photographic evidence will be required for postal compensation. These can be emailed directly to our sales team or by post,. When sending by post, we will cover the expenses for no more than £1.50 including postage stamp. Exchanges will only be re-delivered once photographic evidence is received. All photos must be clear and must show the damaged items still in the box. Please retain the original packaging materials and contents until the investigation is complete. Contact us on
